Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support and coordination for day-to-day sales activities.
  • Monitor WhatsApp, WeChat, and relevant systems to follow up on customer orders.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders (PO), consignment notes, and price lists.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries via email and follow up to resolve any issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, messaging platforms, etc.).
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

 

Working Details:

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
